'SNL' Announces 50th Anniversary Concert With Star-Studded Lineup

With The 50th anniversary of Saturday Night Live there is a Star-studded concert lineup featuring Lady Gaga, Jack White, Eddie Vedder, Miley Cyrus, Bad Bunny, David Byrne, DEVO, Post Malone, The B-52s, Brandie Carlile, Chris Martin, Brittany Howard, Robyn, Jelly Roll, Mumford and Sons, The Roots, Bonnie Raitt, Arcade Fire, Backstreet Boys, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, are all set to play with more acts still to be announced.


The one-night-only event is set to take place February 14 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.


The concert is being executive produced by SNL creator Lorne Michaels and Mark Ronson and will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon. the three-hour concert will also air on Peacock at 8pm ET / 5pm. PT and will be screened in select IMAX and Regal theaters across the US.


The announcement comes just days after Ladies & Gentlemen … 50 Years of SNL Music, a documentary about SNL's lauded musical history, aired. In the film, Tom Morello recalled Rage Against The Machine's one, and only, time playing the show and what led to them getting put on lockdown by the Secret Service.
